New Relaxed Rules of Play

In an effort to keep the pace of play at a normal level and because the main purpose of CKSMGA is to enjoy golf in a relaxed atmosphere, the Board of Directors have developed what we are calling "Relaxed Rules of Play" to promote the above goals.
